WhatsApp has begun working on a new subscription model aimed at personalizing its users' experience. This model has been named WhatsApp Plus and is said to carry features similar to those found in Instagram.
Personalization Options and New Features
With this new package, users will have access to more personalization options within the app. Elements such as custom chat themes, app icons, and ringtones are among these options. Additionally, there will be an increase in the number of chats that can be pinned and the ability to create custom chat lists.
Meta Platforms states that it is currently testing this feature with a limited group of users and plans to shape it based on the feedback received. Although the company has not yet made an official price announcement, it is said that a charge of approximately 2.49 euros per month is being considered in Europe.
No Ad-Free Experience Offered
