This smart assistant evaluates the data power provided by the Migros One ecosystem on a micro scale. Not only does Mystro provide general reports, but it also analyzes local demands and opportunities for restaurants, offering various suggestions:

  • Hyper-Local Menu Development: Each region has its unique demands. Mystro identifies missing products at the neighborhood level and suggests ways to include these products in the menu.
  • Street-Level Growth Tactics: It identifies potential areas around the restaurant and maps out new order opportunities.
  • Operational Monitoring: It provides critical insights by tracking preparation times and cancellation rates to enhance customer satisfaction.

Aiming to Be a Micro-Strategy Partner

As stated by Migros Yemek's Managing Director Gülfem Karcı: “The restaurant market is a vast ecosystem; however, the real world of each restaurant is as small as its neighborhood. Through Mystro, we present significant data from this small world to users.”
